Once panic attack hits, it can be alarming however it does not usually cause any harm physically on the sufferer. The scary stuff about panic attacks is they may appear at random times and anywhere. In case that the person has no serious illnesses, panic attacks can be stop with few simple techniques. These techniques are only applicable if the symptoms are from panic attacks. The first step is relaxation. In this step, you are required to remove all the tension in your muscles if possible.

On the second step, assure yourself that you are stronger and more powerful than your panic attack. In this step, reassure that you are breathing naturally as much as possible. Breathe for as long as you can and then release it gradually. While releasing, imagine that there is a birthday candle in front of you and you need to blow it. In addition, place a hand on the stomach area to feel your natural rhythm.

Finally, remind yourself that breathing is easy. If you can still talk, then this implies that you are still breathing naturally. Bear in mind that panic attack is a psychological effect and you can conquer it. And remember that you need medical help for serious illnesses. - 30415
